One (1) Brownie Point is worth 1/- for any purchase at Holachef.
Brownie Points can be bought using Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card transactions only.
Brownie Points can be used for food orders placed/booked through Holachef only and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Brownie Points can be used to make either full or partial payment for any order placed/booked through Holachef.
Brownie Points will be calculated on actual money paid and not on payments made by accumulated points, partially or fully.
Brownie Points will be credited within twenty four (24) hours of order completion.
Brownie Points can be accumulated only upto 10,000 points.
Brownie Points will be valid for a period of three (3) months after being credited to user’s Holachef account.
Irrespective of whether a customer uses Brownie Points or not, food deliveries booked/ordered through Holachef shall always be subject to availability.
Any order which involves Brownie Points will be dealt in these points only. i.e. in case of any cancellations of any food order booked through Holachef, all refunds towards such cancellation will be in the form of Brownie Points only.
Holachef reserves the express right to cancel, suspend, terminate or not extend or offer the Brownie Points services to any user if it believes that such user may have any malicious or illegal intent.
Holachef reserves the right to withdraw, whether temporarily or permanently, any offer or to change these terms at its sole discretion with or without any prior intimation to you.
