GENERAL

Holachef is a cloud based restaurant. In other words, it is a technology driven food ordering platform which brings the world’s best cuisines from different chefs right to your doorstep. Unlike a traditional restaurant with a fixed menu, Holachef’s menus are constantly changing. In fact, they change twice a day, which gives you great variety every day. More selection means that you’ll never get bored with our offerings. Meals are delivered at a pre-selected time slot to your home or office so that you save time and get an incredible meal like never before.
  1. Open our website or mobile application, select your area by pin code, then sign up on our website using your mobile no, name and email id. Browse through our daily menu which has been specially designed by our chefs and food team.
  2. Our menu may be different for every pin code hence it is necessary that you choose your pin code correctly.
  3. Click on the dish(es) you like and add it(them) to your cart. Confirm and place your order when you’re ready.
  4. Payment can be done online through debit/credit card, or with cash/coupons on delivery. We have also integrated the Paytm wallet option.
  5. The meal will be delivered at your doorstep, home or office, by our delivery executive (DE).
Meals are prepared fresh using the best quality ingredients, vegetables and meats. You get wholesome, tasty and fresh meals every time you order from us.
Some of the best chefs in Mumbai cook and serve their signature dishes at Holachef. You can read about the chef who has made a particular meal besides the dish listed on the website.
We serve meals based on one meal-one person format, i.e. the meals that you order are sufficient for one person. However, this may not necessarily hold true for snacky items or mini meals which are designed for smaller appetite.
Moreover, we also have strict measures for the quantity of food in terms of grammage for all the meals that we offer.

ORDER

Select the pin code where you want the food to be delivered. Go to Login/Sign up option on top right of the page. Enter your name, phone number, email address and set a password that you want to use to login to Holachef in future. You will get an OTP on your mobile which you need to key in to move forward. Once done successfully, you will be logged in. You can use the same credentials to log in to the mobile app.
Once you can see the menu for your area, select the dishes that you wish to order by clicking on the plus sign. If you want more than one item of the same dish, click on the plus sign more than once. If you want to remove a dish from the cart, click on minus sign. Click on the cart on the top right corner of the website. Apply coupon if you have any, choose the delivery time slot and click on next button to proceed forward. Add an address where you want it to be delivered.
Please note that the pin code of this address should be same as that of the pin code you selected earlier before logging in. Finally, select the payment option to place the order. Once all this is done, you will receive an SMS with the order number.
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can login by selecting OTP option instead of the password option. You will get an OTP on your mobile once you select that option and you can plug in that number to login.

We only take orders through our website or our mobile applications, available on iOS app store and Android Playstore. In case you are not well acquainted with ordering online, our customer care team can take you through the process step-by-step. However, orders cannot be accepted on phone.

To place a party order, click on the tab on the bottom of the page and click on the tab ‘Party Orders’. Once you have filled in your details, someone from our team will contact you.

PAYMENT

You can choose Cash on Delivery option at the checkout. Besides this, we also have a Coupons on Delivery option where we accept vouchers from Sodexo and Ticket Restaurant.

You will be asked for a coupon code at the time of checking out, on the same page where you choose your delivery time slot. Apply the coupon code to redeem the coupon value.

The minimum cart value for ordering must be Rs 100. Please note that this may change according to different promotional schemes. Moreover, no two offers can typically be clubbed together. Company reserves the right to introduce, withdraw or change the minimum cart value at any time.
There are no delivery charges, service charges or additional taxes on our meals.
