Having worked for the Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi, Chef Rachna has a rich culinary experience. At Holachef, Rachna brings a variety of cuisines and tastes from around the country. She speaks the language of authentic flavours, fresh ingredients and wholesome spices. Her culinary inspiration comes from her travels. She also has a flourishing catering business of her own.

Chef Ramani started experimenting with food at a very young age of 10. Her cooking experience has always been about redefining quality home-cooked food. She grew up in a household where cooking in the kitchens was not a chore, it was a celebration. Her passion for food has grown many times over since then, and now she cooks for the single most important reason- because it truly makes her happy! She is tireless when it comes to creating art in the kitchen. She brings her Andhra roots and years of experience with home-styled catering to Holachef.

Chef Bhakti Mehta, a self taught chef , brings in her vibrant varieties from the World Cuisines .After a stint with advertising & television, realized her passion to cook & went onto starting The Little Food Co. The menu has been created and hand picked to cater to various taste buds & preferences, ranging from Italian, Mexican, Asian to Mediterranean cuisine. She believes in using the finest & freshest ingredients to prepare her dishes & cooks strictly with olive oil, to ensure a perfect meal for her guests.

Holachef offers daily new menus for lunch, dinner, baked goodies and condiments prepared by some of the best chefs in the city. One can place the order through Holachef’s website or mobile app on Android and iOS. The deliveries are made in one-person meal format at a time slot pre-selected by the customer. From Mexican to Middle-Eastern and from Kashmiri to Chettinad; Holachef caters to many palates with food made from the best quality ingredients in state-of-the-art kitchens. Our chefs have impressive culinary skills and experience which reflect in the food being served. Currently, Holachef is available in Mumbai and Pune.
