Minimum cart value for an order is Rs.100/-. If your 'cart total' is below Rs 220, a delivery charge of Rs 30 is applicable.

It is possible to cancel an order ONLY 1 hour prior to the scheduled delivery time. In case of online payments, refund will be credited as Brownie Points in your Holachef account. To cancel, please call on 022-33814156
If your original delivery time slot is away by 2 hrs or more, please call on 022-33814156 to change the delivery time slot.
It's possible to change the delivery address (within the same PIN code) upto 2 hrs before the original delivery time slot. To change, please call on 022-33814156
It's not possible to change the PIN code after the order has been placed. Please cancel the order and place a fresh order with the correct PIN code. To cancel, please call on 022-33814156

We serve meals based on one-person meal format, i.e. the meals that you order are sufficient for one person. However, this may not necessarily hold true for snacky items or mini meals which are designed for smaller appetite. Moreover, we also have strict measures for the quantity of food in terms of grammage for all the meals that we offer.

This is a common error when the PIN code chosen before adding items to the cart does not match the PIN of your preferred delivery address. Please start afresh with the correct PIN code.
