What inspired you to become a chef? Tell us your story!

I’ve been cooking since the age of 13 and have thoroughly enjoyed it at each step. My mother made me fall in love with cooking and she has been an inspiration throughout. I’ve learnt various techniques from her. My family’s support and encouragement is a constant motivation to keep doing better.

Which celebrity chefs do you admire the most?

Sanjeev Kapoor.

What do you do in your free time?

I try new recipes and experiment with new desserts when I get the time.

Do you like to travel? What are your favorite travel destinations?

I love travelling and wish to visit Paris one day.

Have you tried food from Holachef? How was your experience?

Yes I have and it was a good experience.

Which dishes do you love to cook and why?

I love whipping up new and different varieties of mousse.

What’s your favorite kitchen tool?

Hand beater.

When it comes to food and cooking, what is your greatest achievement to date?

I’ve received great feedback from Holachef customers and others in general that my desserts are one of the best they’ve had. It gives me immense joy to hear that!

What is that one ingredient you cannot cook without?

Chocolate.

Someone famous you would like to cook for?

My favourite actor, Salman Khan.

What would one expect to find in your refrigerator?

Desserts at all times!

Which quality should a person definitely possess in order to become a professional chef?

Passion for cooking and experimenting with food are a necessity.
