About Chef

Hailing from Banaras, the land known for its rich tradition of sweets, Chef Acchelal Rajbhar considers his passion for desserts a natural one. His family has played a crucial role in honing his skills and he owes his culinary techniques to his folks back home.The flourishing hotel industry drew him to Mumbai and his journey as a chef began 32 years ago with stints across restaurants in the city. Primarily a chef specializing in Indian desserts, Chef Acchelal also enjoys experimenting with North Indian cuisine.
