A handful of chopped coriander leaves
10 cloves garlic
1 tomato, roughly chopped
1/4 tsp sugar
2 tbsp red chilli powder
2 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste

Soak the red chillies and coriander seeds overnight. If not soaked overnight, you can boil these two together, till the chillies become soft. Drain the excess water and keep it aside.
Grind the soaked/boiled red chillies and coriander seeds, coriander leaves, garlic, chopped tomatoes, sugar, lemon juice and salt into a paste.
Heat mustard oil in a pan. When it turns hot, add in the ground paste, cook for 5-10 minutes till everything is cooked and blends well.
