A fiery Thai delicacy wherein seasonal vegetables are cooked in a coconut milk based curry with lemon leaves, lemon grass, basil leaves and garlic; to be relished with a buttery rice preparation flavoured with red chillies and basil leaves. This combination is accompanied by a coconut milk based soup flavoured with chillies, lemon grass, lemon and basil leaves, seasoned with nam pla sauce, white pepper powder, a little sugar and garnished with fresh lime juice.
