Carrots, beans, cauliflower, spinach and fresh fenugreek leaves are cooked together with chillies, garlic and onions for a spicy dish; paired with chapatis. This combination is accompanied by a Punjabi style yogurt based sauce, thickened with gram flour and seasoned with spices; served with a Kashmiri pulao wherein rice is cooked with cauliflower florets, beans, carrots, fruits, yogurt and cream.
