Sambhar with Rice and Aloo Vepudu (Aloo Fry)
A traditional South Indian sambhar wherein lentils are cooked with vegetables, brought to a boil with tamarind pulp and finished off with a seasoning of spices; best relished with rice; accompanied by potato chunks sauteed with powdered masalas.
