Chickpeas cooked with whole spices in authentic Pindi style with ginger-garlic, coriander powder, dry mango powder and garam masala; to be relished with parathas. This platter also includes a variety of rasam from Karnataka wherein pureed tomatoes are brought to a boil in water along with spices and rasam powder; best relished with rice.
