Paneer no butter masala was first created by Chef Pankaj at a food workshop in Cambridge University and approved healthy by the Medical Research Council, UK. The dish consists of succulent slices of cottage cheese cooked in an onion tomato gravy along with cashew nuts and spices. The platter also includes a tangy preparation of okra slices cooked with dry mango powder and paired with parathas.
