A Mughlai-style korma of carrots, beans, cauliflower, green peas, pineapples, pears, cherries and papaya cooked in a rich cashew nut based gravy; to be relished with chapatis. This platter also includes a dish of whole black lentils cooked with masalas and paired with cumin flavoured rice.
