A medium spicy preparation of prawns cooked in a creamy curry with mustard, cumin seeds, boiled onions and curd; best enjoyed with steamed rice. This combination is accompanied by a Maharashtrian style side of Indian mackerel fish fillets coated with a mixture of ginger, garlic, red chillies, home made masalas, a small amount of gram flour and corn flour, fried and finished off with with a drizzle of lemon; served with chutney.
