Murgh Patiala with Parathas (3), Dal Palak and Jeera Rice
A Punjabi style preparation wherein chicken morsels are cooked in an onion-tomato based gravy with a selection of roasted masalas; to be relished with parathas. This combination is accompanied by a dish of lentils cooked with spinach leaves and seasoned with spices; paired with jeera rice.
