A Mangalorean delicacy of chicken morsels cooked in a smooth coconut based curry with hints of tangy flavours; best relished with neer dosa. This platter also includes a traditional South Indian sambhar wherein lentils are cooked with vegetables, brought to a boil with tamarind pulp and seasoned with spices; paired with tangy lemon rice.
