A Mughlai delicacy wherein rice is cooked with mixed vegetables, mint, yogurt, ginger, garlic, onions and an array of spices like cinnamon, cardamoms, cumin, bay leaf, fennel seeds and the likes; to be relished with cooked lentils seasoned with red chillies, cumin, asafoetida and ghee.
