This Rajasthani special is a mix of chopped methi, crushed moong dal mangodi, turmeric powder, milk, curds, coriander, cumin seeds in a ginger-green chilli paste; the kadi is made from full fat yogurt, gram flour and turmeric powder; it can be enjoyed with bajre ki roti.
