Maharastrian Misal Pav (4) with Sheera
A hearty portion of Maharashtrian Misal made with moth bean sprouts (matki sprouts), well cooked in a spicy gravy prepared with almost all indian spices in the fray. Garnished with chatpata namkin sev, onions & tomatoes. Served hot with pav bread. Add a dash of lemon on the misal curry for a tangy flavour. Sheera is to tone down the spiciness post-meal !
