A rich oriental curry with tender lamb chunks simmered in a delicious yellow gravy for a delicacy from southern Thailand; to be relished with fragrant, herb flavoured rice; accompanied by a coconut milk based vegetable soup flavoured with red and green chillies, lemon grass, Thai ginger, lemon and basil leaves, seasoned with nam pla sauce, white pepper powder, a little sugar, fresh lime juice and garnished with coriander leaves.
