A thick gravy wherein khoya (reduced, evaporated milk) and fox nuts are cooked together in a blend of Indian spices; to be relished with baked chapatis. This combination is accompanied by a rich lentil preparation infused with the flavours of spices and topped with cream and butter; paired with cumin flavoured rice.
