A Burmese delicacy of French beans, carrots, broccoli and baby corn cooked together in a gravy with Thai ginger, green chillies, lemon grass, basil leaves, onions and finished off with a seasoning of sugar, lemon juice and kaffir lime leaves. This gravy is best relished with noodles; accompanied by peanuts, browned garlic cloves, spring onions and coriander to be added as per your liking.
