A unique 'North meets South' combination, Chef Pankaj created this dish during her MasterChef days. Fish fillets are marinated and grilled to perfection with whole spices along with a hint of lemon; best relished with a green gram sprout salad tossed with grated coconut, spices and seasoned with flavors of curry leaves.
