Turkish Salad with Tzatziki, Baba Ghanoush and Pita
A Turkish salad of cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce and bell peppers tossed with a pomegranate dressing; paired with a Greek dip of yogurt, cucumber and mint. This combination is accompanied by an Eastern Mediterranean dish of eggplants, mashed and cooked with parsley and sesame paste; to be relished with pita bread.
