A traditional Rajasthani delicacy with spicy-sour flavours wherein gram flour dumplings are flavoured with dry spices, cooked in a yogurt based gravy with a variety of masalas; coupled with chickpeas cooked with red chilli powder, dry mango powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and chana masala; to be relished with parathas.
