Boiled eggs cooked in a simple and delicious curry, full with the flavours of spices; to be relished with chapatis. This platter also includes a dish of five lentils - toor, moong, masoor, chana and urad - cooked together and finished off with a panchforan tadka (seasoning of five spices) with ghee; paired with steamed rice.
