A delicacy from Orissa wherein moong dal is cooked with vegetables, coconut and seasoned with panch phoran spices (five spices), finished off with toasted red chillies and cumin powder; coupled with moong dal and rice cooked with masalas; accompanied by green and red spinach leaves cooked together with panch phoran spices and coconut; served with fryums on the side.
