Chicken Sagoti with Parathas (3), Lasooni Dal Fry and Jeera Rice
A coastal preparation from Konkan wherein tender chicken morsels are cooked in a coconut based gravy with ethnic spices; to be relished with parathas. This platter also includes cooked lentils finished off with a seasoning of Indian spices and garlic; paired with jeera rice.
