Chicken slices and vegetables stir fried with sauces, chillies, spices, stirred in with rice and soy sauce, cooked to perfection; to be relished with a fiery schezwan sauce made from red chillies; accompanied by kimchi - cabbage strips tossed with a paste made from ginger, garlic, chilli flakes, salt and packed to be fermented.
