Bisi Bele Bhath with Achar
A much-loved delicacy from Karnataka wherein rice and lentils are cooked together with brinjal chunks, beans, carrot chunks, potatoes and tomatoes, seasoned with bisibele bhaat and sambhar powder, finished off with a dollop of ghee and a garnish of coriander leaves; served with pickle on the side.
