A Rajasthani delicacy of gram flour dumplings flavoured with dry spices, steamed and dunked in a yogurt based curry; to be relished with Parathas. This is served in accompaniment with steamed cakes made from gram flour mixed with spices, seasoned with mustard seeds, curry leaves and sesame seeds.
