Growing up in Pondicherry, Judia believes that cooking is becoming more modern, and less organic. She speaks fondly of a time when recipes were handed down generations, in old diaries and over the telephone. Judia is a staunch supporter of home-ground spices and mixes, and knows them to be more wholesome and flavorful, adding that zing to every dish. She looks forward to revive her grandmother’s old recipes, and bring them back to life on a plate for foodies across the city !
