Hailing from Tokyo, Chef Takaro Daiya has always been a foodie and loved dining out but it was only after moving America in the mid-80’s, that he thought of converting his passion for food into a profession. His career as a chef began in a Japanese restaurant in Los Angeles and mastering the art over the years, Chef Takaro eventually went on to start his own venture - Sushi and More in 2009. He currently owns and operates 2 stand-alone stores in Mumbai and brings to you Japanese cuisine in all its authenticity.
