Being an army wife, Chef Suneeta Manchanda automatically signed up for hosting frequent lunches and dinners every second day after she got married. From small intimate gatherings to big functions, her culinary skills were tested time and again. Having stayed all over the country, the cosmopolitan culture of the army was a wonderful platform for her to express creativity through cooking. She thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of catering to a wide variety of tastes in food. Now that her husband has retired, she seeks to recreate those opportunities for cooking, as she finds nothing more gratifying than conjuring up a meal for others.
