What inspired you to become a chef? Tell us your story!
Cooking is my passion and indulgence. I have been in the hotel industry since 2001, working with various organisations at different levels. I have had the best experiences working with various chefs from around the world and that thirst for culinary knowledge has helped me expand my cooking methods and skills.
Which dishes do you love to cook and why?
Veg Maharaja and Fried Kaju Cheese Masala are the dishes I love to cook, but non-vegetarian dishes are my specialty.

What's your favorite kitchen tool?
Spoons and knives are the two most important tools that have to be in the kitchen for me.
What do you do in your free time?
I spend time thinking about new dishes, designing new recipes and creating exciting delicacies. Food is all I think about!
