About Chef

Chef Sandhya Balchandani’s  father inspired her to become a chef. Her childhood consisted of visiting restaurants with her chef father and later, cooking up those dishes at home. That was enough to light the spark and she went on to get a professional degree in hotel management. Chef Sandhya loves the authentic flavours of international cuisines and cooks Italian, Mexican, Thai and Middle Eastern dishes along with teaching  food processing at a hotel management college.
