An Italian native married into a Gujrati household, Daniela Patel is always trying her best to imbibe the traditional culinary flavours of Italy in her cooking in Mumbai. Daniela specializes in Italian and other continental cuisines. Her personal favourites are paninis, pastas, risottos and desserts. A true believer of simple, hearty food, and joyous family meals, she grows her own herbs and spices in a herb garden at home! She is a favorite among the local Italian community.
