What inspired you to become a chef? Tell us your story!
Cooking is my hobby. I have always loved food and when cooking turned into a passion for me, preparing and serving good food was the only thing I wanted to do.
Do you like to travel? What are your favorite travel destinations?
I love to travel and explore new places on my bike. Photography is another hobby that I pursue. Travelling also brings me closer to the local, authentic cuisines. Once on my way to Goa, I had tasted a Goan fish curry made in a small restaurant. I still remember that taste. It’s a lingering memory.
Have you tried food from Holachef? How was your experience?
No, but my family orders frequently and they find the whole experience good.
Which dishes do you love to cook and why?
Indian cuisine is my favourite and I love preparing more of vegetarian dishes as compared to non-vegetarian dishes.
A cooking tip that you always follow.
The flame should dance on your orders, not the other way round. This is my single advice to any aspiring chef.
What's your favorite kitchen tool?
A good sharp knife.
