Chef Aakanksha Manon has been baking with her mother since the age of 6. Having married a merchant navy officer, she grabbed the opportunity of travelling the world and coupled it with meeting chefs worldwide. Interacting with different chefs in various countries gave her an opportunity to learn new baking techniques and introduced her to a wide array of flavours. She finds baking comforting and challenging at the same time. She is a home-baker and runs her venture by the name Let’s Eat.
